1. Bubbles

You know that bubble baths are not complete
without bubbles. Make sure to add bubbles right from the beginning. This will
allow you to get the perfect amount of bubbles when you fill your tub. Too many
can cause them to float around on the floor. It really doesn't matter!
2. Smells
Add a scented bath oil for a relaxing soak.
The relaxation-enhancing properties of floral scents like rose, jasmine, or
lavender are all tied to relaxation. The oil will disperse evenly in the tub if
it is half-full.

3. Candles
Candles create a soothing, warm glow that
allows you to relax and spend some time in the bathtub. The bright lights found
in bathrooms will make your body feel rushed and irritated.
4. Not too warm.
For a perfect bath, it is important to get
the temperature right. A warm bath can help you relax. However, a hot bath can
make you feel as though you are being boiled alive. While a cold bath will give
goosebumps, a warm bath will allow you to unwind. 33° Celsius is the ideal
temperature for a hot bath.
5. Relaxing music
Relaxing music is another way to wind down.
A relaxing soundtrack can really help you relax and soothe your soul.
